Invite Your Provider

Our genetic tests require guidance from a licensed healthcare provider. If your provider already has an account with Kashi, they can visit the online portal to place an order. If they have not yet set up a portal account with us, they may place an order on our online store. Simply visit the store and supply the information needed. After you have placed your order, a kit will be mailed (USPS) to the address provided within one business day. Follow the directions on how to collect your sample and return your kit. Once your kit has been received by the lab, your provider will receive results within 5-7 business days. The results will be sent to the email provided at the time of ordering.

Note: all report results are sent directly to providers and not patients. Please follow up with your provider to coordinate review of your results.
